Schoolhouse Kitchen: Providing Food Offerings AT Gillingham

We are now providing sandwich pies at Gillingham Brewing.  The current line up of pies includes:

Secret Sauce Pie
Flaky Cornish pasty dough stuffed with seasoned ground beef, caramelized onions, diced pickles, cheddar cheese, and our signature house-made special sauce. Topped with sesame seeds and baked to golden perfection.

The Big Easy
A New Orleans-inspired pasty filled with layers of prosciutto, mortadella, muffaletta-style pickled vegetables, olives, and provolone cheese. Wrapped in golden, flaky pastry for the perfect bite of bold, briny, and savoury flavours. (coming soon)

The Ratatouille Roll
A rustic, veggie-packed pasty featuring grilled zucchini, eggplant, caramelized onions, rich tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella. A flaky, handheld twist on the classic Provençal dish.
