The above prices include all the food, preparation and service costs. In all cases, food prep (as much as possible) will be done off site in our commercial kitchen. We will arrive an hour or so before your desired dinner time, and we would prepare the final stages in your kitchen. If you do not have dinnerware, we can provide that at an additional cost.
For the menu itself, we can offer suggestions (see below for some of our seasonal menu examples), and take into account any allergies or restrictions. We can also suggest beer and/or wine pairings for each course at no additional cost. Once we agree on a menu, we require a deposit (to cover food costs) and the remaining balance is due before we arrive at the dinner day.
